SEBAHATTİN DEVECİOĞLU KİMDİR?

Prof. Dr. Sebahattin Devecioğlu 1968 yılında Elazığ’da doğdu. 1990 yılında Gazi Üniversitesi Beden Eğitimi Ve Spor Öğretmenliği bölümünden mezun oldu. Firat Üniversitesi, Sağlık Bilimleri Enstitüsü'nde yüksek lisans eğitimi aldı.
